During the winter months, both locals and visitors appreciate the ski area for its reliable snow conditions and the ten lifts that offer runs for different levels of difficulty. As early as 1987, the “Bödele” served as the venue for women’s Ski World Cup races. From here, an impressive panoramic view opens up over the Bregenzerwald, the Rhine Valley and all the way to Lake Constance. Cozy ski huts, traditional inns and hotels are available for refreshment. The “Bödele” is best known for its children’s ski courses. In the Schwarzenberg ski school, young skiers receive rapid progress in four individual lessons with the support of the “magic wand” in order to improve their skiing skills. The Bödele ski school also offers children the opportunity to start skiing stress-free with two private lessons each.
