Snowshoeing is a wonderful way to enjoy winter to the fullest and experience nature in all its frozen beauty. Before the hike begins, you can hire your equipment from the Vermuntbahn valley station. The bus takes you to the Silvretta Bielerhöhe. Once at the top, the gateway to an enchanting world of snow opens up. You will be fascinated by this panorama. Together with a hiking guide you will hike into the Ochsental. A small place where there is no traffic and only untouched land. The view of the Piz Buin opens up, the highest mountain in Vorarlberg.
The destination, namely the Silvretta-Bielerhöhe, is at an altitude of approx. 2,000 meters and offers a view of the frozen Silvrettasee. Once you have reached the top, you will be happy to return to the inn and enjoy a wonderful meal.

The snowshoe hike starts at the Kirche Bartholomäberg bus stop and takes you through a magical winter landscape to the frozen Fritzensee.
